FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE

GIRLS: leotard, spandex shorts & tight fitted cotton leggings are okay, no shoes, hair securely pulled back away from the face.
BOYS: fitted T-shirt, athletic style shorts, no shoes.
 
→ NO jewelry except very small pierced earrings (stud) Jewelry can get caught on equipment or clothing, and is easily lost or broken in the gym.
→  NO baggy T-shirts or long, baggy "basketball" shorts
→  NO belts, zippers, patch pockets, buttons, attached skirts
→  NO shoes, except those designed specifically for use on the gym floor

WCTC MEMBERSHIP FEE

There is an annual Membership fee of $50 per person when you register with WCTC. This fee is nonrefundable and discounts do not apply. WCTC memberships begin in August and end in September of the following year. New members starting after August will be given a pro-rated membership fee.

The WCTC membership fee will be applied to your first tuition payment.

TUITION

Tuition is due on the 1st and is considered late after the 5th of each month. There is a $50 late fee added if tuition is received after the 5th. Students will not be allowed to participate in classes if tuition is 30 days past due. There is a $20 fee for all returned checks.  

FAMILY DISCOUNT

Families enrolling more than one sibling (immediate family) receive a 15% discount on tuition.
